## Description

**Update 9-4-2024:** The purpose of this amendment is to make minor administrative changes to the solicitation: 1) remove FAR clause 52.232-19 that does not apply to supply contracts 2) Update values on FAR clause 52.216-19 3) add overall contract minimum and maximum values, delivery order minimum and maximum values, and ordering period from 15 September 2024 thru 14 September 2028. The purpose of this amendment is to 1) include a copy of SF 1449 on the combined synopsis and solicitation for completion 2) include FAR Clause 52.219-28 by full text for completion w ith proposals 3) remove clauses 252.237-7023 and 252.237-7024 that do not apply to this action 4) Add clauses 252.243-2001 and 252.243-7002 for equitable adjustments 5) extend the solicitation thru Thursday 05 September 2024 at 12:00 pm EST. 6) Adjust contract period of performance and clauses to reflect new projected award date.
