## Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic, Guthrie Ambulatory Health Care Clinic, Fort Drum, NY intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for all labor, material, equipment and transportation necessary to supply Medical Gases and Dry ICE Pallets as listed in the BPA Agreement Exhibit 1.
