Q/A questions posted 5.20.24. A Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside, single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated to be awarded through the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
