This mission requires that the 5th CST be able to have direct encrypted communication with civilian first responder agencies in Illinois. The state of Illinois exclusively uses the STARCOM21 Network band, for all CBRN responses.The network service shall be delivered to 5th Civil Support Team at 3101 S Airport Road Bartonville, IL 61607-1775.
