## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Sustainment and emergency technical repair support for the Control Access System that enables the NEC to secure buildings with Common Access Card (CAC) readers and CCTV (Closed Circuit TV) monitoring. This system also provides the Security Branch the capability to control access within the buildings.
