## Description

Our office is preparing to solicit a Request For Quotation for the Initial Planning Conference (IPC) for Cobra Gold 25 (CG25). The expected period of performance for this contract will be 1 August 2024 to 10 August 2024. To be eligible for this contract award, your organization must have an active registration in the System For Award Management (SAM). https://www.sam.gov. If your organization is not currently registered in SAM, you still have time to register prior to the solicitation being issued.

The general requirements for this action will be: · Hotel with Large Ballroom or Theater that can fit 300 PAX · Breakout rooms · Wifi · Large Rectangular Tables (To form U-Shape) · Podiums · Projectors · PA Systems · Power Strips · Round Tables · Chairs · White Boards · Stage for Musical Instruments · Coffee The specific details will follow when the Request for Quotation is issued.
