## Description

This amendment is issued to revise the call sheet by deleting Line 22, "30-40 Passenger Bus w or w/o Latrine (PWS PARA 5.2.11)," as it is a duplicate requirement. The updated requirements are reflected in Attachment B08 PF26 BLS Call Sheet Mod.

Questions shall be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time on 01 May 2026. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 1:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time 15 May 2026. Questions received after the suspense may not be answered.
