Submit and complete your technical approach, confirming service/product compliance with the requirements. (2) The Solicitation must be submitted in PDF format and must be submitted to the email addresses below: kristoffer.a.saranghilo.mil@army.mil and gloria.i.gutierrez7.mil@army.mil. (3) The Contracting Officer (KO), MSG Gutierrez, Gloria and Contract Specialist (KS) SFC Saranghilo, Kristoffer are the points of contact (POC) for this acquisition.
