OPFOR Helicopter services will be used primarily throughout the daytime. The OPFOR Helicopter Contractor will have predictable scheduling and will receive a 24-hour notice prior to the need for OPFOR Helicopter services. The Contractor shall provide one pilot, one observer, and one EC-130 helicopter and one Twinstar, solid grey/brown/black in support of JPMRC 25-01.
