Please see solicitation amendment #W91QVN24R0026-0004. A. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date to 23 Sep 2024, 1300hrs (local time) due to the fact that there w as a technical issue with posting amendment 0003 to SAM.GOV. B.
