The Police department occupies the West wing of the building, and the Fire Department occupies the East wing. An engineering Study performed by Dhillon Engineering in 2024 identified several areas of concern with the space. The roof is showing signs of disrepair, likely due to the age of the facility, but there are also indicators of possible improper construction.
