THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY.

On behalf of the Fort Walker Department of Public Works, Directorate of the Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS) Division, Fort Walker, Virginia, the Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Belvoir (MICC-FB) is issuing a sources sought synopsis as a means to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirements to utilize the most cost-effective to support to the Sustainable Range Program (SRP) for the Military District of Washington (MDW) Regional Collective Training Center (RCTC), Fort Walker, VA also designated as a USASOC Regional Training Center (RTC).

The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who in turns is responsible to the Government services for small business set-aside basis, provided two (2) or more qualified small businesses respond to this source sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside.

Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if two (2) or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
