## Description

**CHANGE** This requirement is cancelled. Thak you for your time and consideration. Provide three (3) Caisson Wagons in accordance to the purchase descriptiion and statement of work. Additional there is an option for the purchase of three (3) more wagns as need in accordance with the purchase description and statement of work. The delivery date is 1 April or sooner. The delivery timeline of the first three wagons will be the delivery time for any subsequent purchases. See 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES for evaulation criteria. Incomplete offers will not be considered.
