The contractor shall provide positions listed in T.E. 3, having the requisite specialized skills, certification, and experience necessary to perform the requirements of this PWS and tasks specified in T.E. 2, over a base year plus one option year. Upon completion of Base Year services, contractor shall provide to the Federal Government a one hundred percent operational, turnkey, working, functional and completed system on DPWs Microsoft 365 SharePoint.
