The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This contract includes all functions, tasks and responsibilities normally performed by a Jewish Rabbi. The Jewish Rabbi shall conduct Jewish religious worship services and ministrations sufficiently educated in Jewish Law (Halakha) and tradition to teach and possessing the skills, knowledge, training, and certifications, such as Semikhah, necessary to perform the tasks described herein. The Jewish Rabbi must be an individual educated by a school with a Master of Divinity degree (or its equivalent) and in good standing with their religious endorsing agent or equivalent, knowledgeable of the Jewish faith, beliefs, and traditions and able to provide services to meet the guidelines set by the Torah for Military Services.
