## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Mission & Installation Contracting Command – Fort Belvoir, VA (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, is issuing this Solicitation on behalf of The Pentagon Chaplains’ Office. The Pentagon Chaplains’ Office requires a Catholic Worship service to support the Pentagon Community and provide the free exercise of religion. The Contractor shall perform the following:

1. Be an information resource on birth, marriage, death, sickness, and dietary needs for DoD personnel who are Catholics, as needed.

2. Provide pastoral care and spiritual counseling for DoD personnel (who are Catholic) that may seek help before or after Mass.

3. Perform daily confession at 1115-1130, Monday – Friday, in room 1E438 4. Be readily available to perform Catholic mass at 1130-1200 hrs, Monday – Friday, in the Chapel – 1E438 when military Catholic clergy are unavailable. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 813110 - Religious Organizations with a size standard of $13M. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. Instructions to Offerors can be found on pages 20 – 22 of the solicitation.

QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on 4 June 2024. A question and answer (Q&A) will be posted approximately 1 day after all questions are in. OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME 3:00 PM Eastern Time on 7 June 2024 LATE OFFERS: Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals, and any modifications, revisions, or withdrawals, so as to reach the Government office designated in this solicitation by the time specified in the solicitation.

Proposals or modifications of proposals received at the address specified for the receipt of proposals after the exact time specified for receipt of proposals WILL NOT be considered.
