The Contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, parts, supervision, and necessary to perform the washer and dryer maintenance services for all 9 Unaccompanied Personnel Housing Buildings (UPH). There are two (2) performance locations for this UPH Washer and Dryer Rental Maintenance Services contract: 1) Fort Myer, VA., and 2) Fort Leslie J. McNair located in Washington, DC.
