Transport and Disposal of Lead-Impacted Soil from Grid 56 (FortLeavenworth, KS) to Johnson County, KS Landfill. See attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) for full details. Amendment 01 - update Statement of Objectives from Version 2 to Version 3.

**Amendment 02:**

a. Update Section L to include quote submission details.

b. Add the attachment for Questions and Answers.

c. Add FAR 52.236-2 Differing Site Conditions.

d. Add Work Hours and Holiday Schedule to Section H.

e. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
