W91QF4-25-Q- 0024 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation – JAMF Software License Renewal (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested as a Total Small Busines Set-a-Side and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation #W91QF4-25-Q-0024 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii)

**Federal Acquisition Circular:** This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective as of 03 January 2025. (iv) NAICS code: The corresponding NAICS code for this solicitation is 513210 – “Software Publisher” with a size standard of $47 Million (PSC of 7A21 – IT and Telecom - Business Application Software (Perpetual License Software)).
