Brick Replacement and Repair – Replace approximately 176 historic (true 8” long) brick units around the building, virtually all on Floor 1 level with a few on Floor 2, replace approximately 7,000 historic brick units (1,000 SF) in the center of Floor 3 virtually all above the floor line to the roof. Tuckpoint approximately 280 SF of brick joints around the building. Cut-in two (2) new brick expansion joints in the Floor 1 south brick arcade immediately adjacent to the center south brick section without porches. Route out and seal two (2) full height brick cracks in two columns on the Floor 1 south arcade.
