## Description

The work will include the following:

repair and/or replacement of some mechanical, plumbing (including under-slab), electrical and fire notification and detection systems; demolition of some load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, concrete flooring, ceilings; and construction of structural lintels, non-load-bearing walls, doors, frames, interior glazing “lites”, ceilings, lighting, power and all related finishes.
