This B45 “Beehive” renovation project is to renovate spaces on all three levels as follows: Level 1 Office Suite - Renovate/expand by enlarging the suite by approximately 740 SF. New work in this area to include approximately, 154 LF of gypsum & metal stud partition walls, 1,820 SF of new 2x2 reveal lay-in ceiling tile and grid, 720 SF new and 200 SF of patched existing (attic stock) carpet tiles, and 900 SF of new add wainscot paneling to the Conference Room, removal of 640 SF (160 LF) of sisal wall covering and gypsum skim coat in the main corridor, 1,600 SF new paint and six (6) relocated single leaf and one (1) new set of double doors and frames.
