Department of Public Works, Fort Leavenworth, KS is seeking current relevant experience, personnel, and capability to perform an indefinite quantity Asphalt Requirement Contract. The work to be done consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials as well as performing all work in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications for Asphalt Requirement. The project is performing preventative maintenance, routine maintenance, minor rehabilitation of flexible pavements and other miscellaneous items throughout Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, but not limited to: 1. Flexible Pavement Items: Partial and full depth patching asphalt patching, resurfacing and aggregate base. 2. Earthwork, excavation, dirt spoils or fill, and fine grading. 3. Miscellaneous Items: crack repair on flexible pavements and pavement striping. The task orders to be awarded under this contract will be for miscellaneous asphalt items throughout Fort Leavenworth, within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 (Asphalt Contractors), with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 million. The proposed contract will be for One Base Year with 2 one-year Government options. The estimated contract value is more than $10,000,000.00 for the base year and option years, if exercised.
