## Description

The 410th Contracting Support Brigade/Regional Contracting Office - Miami in support of US Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Headquarters/Caribbean Basin Security Initiative (CBSI) Technical Assistance Field Team (TAFT) located at 9301 NW 33rd Street, Doral, Florida 33172 will be issuing a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for the purpose to support vessel operational readiness with Caribbean Partner Nations (PN) to assist their efforts in conducting their mission.

The requirement will assist in returning one of their currently non-mission capable assets to a fully functional status and inspection one for an official vessel status assessment. The contract will be for Cummins QSB 6.7(Manufacturer: Cummins/Part # 74792852). The determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only one source is capable. It is the Government's belief that the proposed candidate is the only authorized distributor of Cummins QSB 6.7.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide Cummins QSB 6.7(Manufacturer: Cummins/Part # 74792852) may give written notice to antonio.r.jones6.civ@mail.mil and catherine.p.richardson.civ@mail.mil by 5 July 2024 9:00 AM EST
