## Description

**Special Notice:** This is a sole source requirement The 410th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Miami in support of United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM)has a requirement for translation and simultaneous interpretation services needed to support the 4-6 June 2024 USSOUTHCOM Senior Leader Logistics Symposium (SLLS) being held at the USSOUTHCOM Conference Center of the Americas and simultaneously in Zoom.gov.

The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, and/or ancillary devices required, and for any other expenses necessary to provide safe and adequate performance under the terms of this contract. The event will be held in Doral, Florida.

The period of performance for translation will be from 20 May – 14 June 2024. The period of performance for simultaneous interpretation will be 4-6 June 2024. All prices and costs contained in this agreement will be stated in U.S. Dollars (US$), and all proposal submissions by vendors shall be provided in English.
