## Description

This is a Special Notice for a SOLE SOURCE requirment. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). The purpose of this requirment is to provide the development of a comprehensive cyber range for conducting cyber security exercises and training for up to two hundred participants remotely within a controlled and realistc environment for cyber security teams to practice and improve their skills. This requirment is for Southern Command located in Doral, FL.
