Vendors may contact the POC's in this presolicitation notice to identify interest, but this is no guarantee that all interested vendors will be selected to receive the RFQ when issued. The soliciation is anticipated to be issued directly to suppliers on 03 September 2026. A Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation is being considered, with an anticipated award date on or around 17 September 2026.
