## Description

RFQ for award of two each Blanket Purchase Agreements - Third party advertising to enhance recruiting of Foreign Language Instructor vacancies at the Defense Language Institute. Reference Section L - 52.212-1 Addendum "Instructions to Offerors" and Section M - 52.212-2 Addendum "Factors for Evaluation" UPDATE - 52.212-1 Addendum - (b) Pricing (QUOTES): The offeror shall provide a simplified pricing structure based upon advertising the two above positions for a period of not less than 60 days that provides an effective advertising strategy.
