SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IN SUPPORT OF USACE BALTIMORE DISTRICT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES TO INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE DEVELOPMENT AND NARRATIVE REPORTING OF AN OPINION OF THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF REAL PROPERTY INTERESTS, BASED UPON AND SUPPORTED BY AN ANALYSIS OF FACTORS THAT MATERIALLY INFLUENCE OR IMPACT THE RIGHTS OR BENEFITS DERIVED FROM THE OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY APPRAISED. MAY ALSO INCLUDE CONSULTING ASSIGNMENTS AND OTHER EVALUATIONS NECESSARY TO SUPPORT REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District has a real estate mission and real estate responsibilities that include execution of real estate transactions on behalf of the Federal Government.
