## Description

**AMENDMENT 1:** This solicitation is amended to provide responses to Vendor Questions, as well as updated attachments Section L and M, Performance Work Statement, and Cost Model Workbook. The closing time and date for proposals is updated to 12:00PM EDT on 16 March 2026. The Government will confirm receipt of all proposals. Due to potential network delays, it is advisable to submit proposals well in advance of the deadline.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing a Solicitation for Army Training Models on behalf of Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-3/5/7. The requirement is being solicited as a set-aside for Women Owned Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 541611, and the size standard is $24.5 million. The Government intends to award a single (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Requirement is subject to the availability of funds.

The solicitation includes a one base year period, plus four (4) one-year options and 6 (six) months extension. See the attached solicitation and other documents for more details. The Government requests all questions be placed in Attachment Vendor Question Spreadsheet. Questions are due no later than 5:00PM EST on 17 February 2026 and responses will be provided via Amendment(s) issued to the solicitation.

The closing time and date for proposals is 12:00PM EDT on 09 March 2026. All qualified companies are invited to submit proposals to be considered.
