This solicitation, W91CRB-26-R-5006, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of The United States Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD). This requirement is for the procurement of AN/PVS-14 Night Vision Devices. This requirement utilizes NAICS Code 333310, Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), an agency of the Government, has a requirement for the procurement of quantity of nine hundred twenty-two (922) AN/PVS-14 Night Vision Devices to support a country directed requirement for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) under case GG-B-UDY, for the country of Georgia. The Government intends to award a commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation. The basis for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 12.203. No hard copy of this solicitation will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted via SAM.gov.
