Each system shall come with White Phosphor Image Intensifier tubes, Figure of Merit (FOM). Each System includes standard accessories: Carrying Case Eye cups Lens Caps Protective lenses Lens Paper Operators Manual Quick Refence Guide G24 Helmet Mount NAICS Code: 333310 - Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing PSC Code: 5855, Night Vision Equipment, Emitted and Reflected Radiation The United States Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Maryland intends to release a solicitation on or about 9 July 2026 on SAM.gov. It’s anticipated that this requirement will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Subject requirement will support Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The Government intends to award a commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The basis for award is anticipated to use the Lowest-Priced-Technically Acceptable method. The official release of the solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov. No additional information regarding this procurement will be available prior to the release of the solicitation.
