## Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), an agency of the Government, intends to procure Parachutes and other items used in air delivery equipment for the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC). The Government anticipates the issuance of a commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106, as a result of the subject solicitation. Berry Amendment rules apply. The anticipated date of award to be determined.
