This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or competitive quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notification will not be provided or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interests of the Government.
