## Description

This is a presolicitation draft posting of the Army Financial Improvement (AFI) Program Support Services Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Sections L&M (Instructions to Offerors and Basis for Award) of the Solicitation. Please submit any questions/comments in response to the PWS and Sections L&M prior to the established response date. When submitting questions/comments please number questions and provide a PWS or Section L&M reference.

This is not a solicitation/request for proposal and no contract shall be awarded from this request. This Presolicitation Notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. There is no solicitation package available at this time. A solicitation package is anticipated within the next 60 days.
