The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), on behalf of the Project Manager (PM) Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) under U.S. Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) is seeking information on a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) and corresponding attachments in support of Army Military Pay. Participation in response to this DRAFT RFP will not preclude any vendor from responding to future acquisitions, either individually or as part of a team. Marketing brochures and/or capability statements will not be considered adequate information in response to this RFI. This is the second DRAFT RFP that has been released for comment on SAM.gov. The USG is seeking feedback/comments on the DRAFT RFP and corresponding attachments. Additionally, the USG is seeking specific information/recommendations on the following: Draft CDRLs and Draft QASP – Please review the identified Draft CDRLs and Draft QASP that correspond to the Draft PWS. Please provide feedback for best practices to streamline and gain effectiveness and efficiencies with agile software development methodologies and best practices specific to the anticipated AMP solution. Anticipated CLIN Structure – Please provide feedback on the proposed CLIN structure for agile software development.
