The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), on behalf of the Project Manager (PM) Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) under U.S. Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) is seeking information on a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) and corresponding attachments in support of Army Military Pay. Participation in response to this DRAFT RFP will not preclude any vendor from responding to future acquisitions, either individually or as part of a team. Marketing brochures and/or capability statements will not be considered adequate information in response to this RFI. This is the third DRAFT RFP that has been released for comment/feedback on SAM.gov. The USG is seeking feedback/comments on the DRAFT RFP and corresponding attachments. Additionally, the USG is seeking specific information/recommendations on the following: Draft CDRLs Draft QASP Draft PWS Expedited Delivery and Enhanced Performance FFP CLIN (Responses to this specific information shall be included in the Excel Workbook discussed in the next paragraph.)
