Awarding services for an Army performance measurement system to a new vendor to replace the current capability would result in a new program start. NAICS 541511 applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however; any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than 31 May 2024, (12:00PM, NOON, EST).
