## Description

Provide Stationary and Mobile FluidSecure systems on request, with annual subscription options. Internet searches for fuel accounting systems, queried fuel providers for available systems and system dependability and capacity to meet ERDC needs. Executed a FluidSecure trial period to test capabilities. One competitor was found (SM2) however, they require Wi-Fi connection to a network and are more costly. Wi-Fi does not meet ERDC needs to control fuel operations at field sites. FluidSecure is the only organization providing these services nationwide and expanding to provide global coverage. This requirement will be sole source to FluidSecure.
