The Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL)’s Office of Technical Directors Biogeochemical Sciences Branch (BSB) in Hanover, NH requires annual calibration and maintenance work by Heidolph North America, LLC for their Autoclave Tuttnauer model 3870 ELVP (s/n 18010909); CRREL owns and operates the Autoclave that supports market research activities. The Autoclave device requires yearly system maintenance and calibration to ensure compliance with warranty and continued performance assurance required for CRREL research. **Requirement:** The technical services necessary for the regular calibration and maintenance of the Autoclave device includes annual preventative maintenance and certification to maximize life cycle of the equipment and identify problems before they cause failure. Heidolph North America, LLC has been identified as the only source capable of providing and servicing the Autoclave and there are no other authorized companies able to provide the calibration and maintenance work, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Its hardware and software currently in use by CRREL and in order to maintain the warranty and functionality of Autoclave, Heidolph North America, LLC must be the provider of the requested services. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Any interested party that believes they can fulfill this requirement should submit a capability statement to be reviewed. All submissions will be considered, however there is no guarantee that submissions in response to this notice will in any way alter the Government's acquisition strategy.
