Multiple awards will not be made, and the Government will not divide, separate, or award individual events to different vendors. Offerors must submit a quote that addresses the entire requirement. Partial quotes will not be considered and may be determined non-responsive or ineligible for award. All services shall be performed at DSCC, Ohio, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 722320 (Caterers), with a size standard of $9,000,000.00. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order. Award will be made on a best value basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3).
