## Description

The requirement includes installation of underground fuel-transfer conduits, electrical conduit routes, communications conduit routes, pull boxes, grounding points, concrete-encased roadway crossings, open-cut trenching, backfill, compaction, stone-road restoration, testing, quality control, submittals, and closeout documentation.

Site Visit: 17 September 2026,10:00 PM EDT, call 1SG Brian Persing at 614-336-6975 or CW2 Grant Stoner at 614-336-6580 with question regarding site visit.  Do not contact them for any other questions.  A valid photo ID is required to enter the installation.

Quotation Due: 24 September 2026, 10:00 AM EDT

Bonding: Bid guarantee is required with offer.  Performance and Payment bonds are required prior to issuance of notice to proceed.  Performance and Payment bonds are required NO LATER THAN 10 days after receipt of order (ARO).

Magnitude: Between $500,000 and $1,000,00
