## Description

The Ohio National Guard is seeking a contract to provide the Homeland Response Force (HRF) with IFSAC or ProBoard Operations Level HAZMAT training. Performance shall be within the State of Ohio. It is a three day course requirement. There are four (4) dates at two(2) locations.

**HAZ OPS APR 7-9:** Chagrin Falls – 50 Students - 11111 Kinsman Road Newbury, Ohio 44065 HAZ OPS APR 14-16:Toledo - 50 Students - Toledo National Guard Armory, Toledo, OH 43614 HAZ OPS MAY 4-6: Toledo - 50 Students - Toledo National Guard Armory, Toledo, OH 43614 HAZ OPS May13-15: Chagrin Falls - 50 Students - 11111 Kinsman Road Newbury, Ohio 44065 Quotes and questions shall be submitted to the Contract Officer, Alan J.
