**TITLE:** Catered Meals at DSCC, Columbus, OH, 2 to 24 August 2025 SOL#: W91364-25-Q-A056 The Ohio National Guard (OHARNG) has a requirement for catered meals from 2-24 August 2025 at Regional Training Institute BLDG 1 DSCC, 3990 East Broad St. Columbus, OH 43213. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for the requirement is 722230. The size standard is $9,000,000.00. This solicitation will result in one Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. Multiple awards will not be offered.

Offerors are responsible for meeting all requirements specified in the Performance Work Statement. The contractor will provide a menu that will include the required components of a nutritionally balanced meal. Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific requirements. The contract will be awarded in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-2. The basis of award will be price insofar as the low quote complies with the requirements in the PWS.

Responsible offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Please include your SAM Cage code or DUNS number in your quote. Questions are due no later than 10:00AM EDT Monday, July 21, 2025. Quotes are due by 10:00AM EDT, Wednesday, July 23, 2025. You must submit your RFQs by email to claudia.j.tenaglia.civ@army.mil. Faxed proposals will not be accepted.
