**TITLE:** Life Support at Camp James A. Garfield, 10-25 July 2025 (Various Units)

**SOL#:** W91364-25-Q-A047 The Ohio National Guard (OHARNG) has a requirement for life support (ECUs, waste dumpsters, portable toilets) from 10 to 25 JULY 2025 at Camp James A. Garfield, Newton Falls, OH. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for the requirement is 562991. The size standard is $9,000,000.00 Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific requirements. This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. Multiple awards will not be offered.

Responsible offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Please include your SAM Cage code or DUNS number in your quote. Quotes shall be submitted via email no later than 12:00 PM EDT, Monday, June 30, 2025, to the Contract Specialist, claudia.j.tenaglia.civ@army.mil. Faxed proposals will not be accepted.

EVALUATION CRITERIA This award will be made in accordance with the criteria set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-2(b)(3). The basis of the award will be 1) price, 2) past performance, and 3) adherence to the requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement. The OHARNG reserves the right to communicate with any offeror in order to better understand an offeror’s proposal, validate interpretation and assumptions of the proposal; or facilitate the evaluation process.

Such communications shall not be used to cure deficiencies, material omissions, materially alter technical or price elements, and/or otherwise revise the quote. Offerors are responsible for meeting all requirements specified in the Performance Work Statement.
