This project will be a Veteran-Owned Service-Disabled Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The TENTATIVE date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 26 June 2025. The TENTATIVE date for the pre-bid conference is on-or-about 9 JULY 2025, 11:00 A.M. local time, location to be provided in the solicitation.
