The Government intends to negotiate with only one (1) source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). There are time and location constraints associated with this requirement that cannot be changed. The Omni Hotel has been authorized under the process detailed in the Chief of the National Guard Bureau Instructions (CNGBI) 8100.01, National Guard Conference Policy, CNGBM 8000.01, Action Officer’s Guide to Planning Conferences and Exempt Events, and CNGBN 8100, Interim Guidance to CNGBI 8100.01. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, per FAR 5.207(16)(ii), all timely responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
