## Description

Direct 8(a) for NORAD and USNORTHCOM J7 Training, Exercise, and Wargaming Directorate trains, exercises, engages, and educates our commands; through a multi-year, innovative training plan, to secure and defend our homelands; and in synchronization with the National Guard Bureau (NGB) and the States, to respond to natural and manmade disasters.

Contractor shall provide NORAD & USNORTHCOM J71 and J72 training and education services with specific emphasis on the Dual Status Commander (DSC) qualification program and support to the Vigilant Guard (VG) exercise program. Focal areas include Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) and National Guard Civil Support (NGCS) training, Homeland Defense resiliency, and joint staff doctrinal training.
