## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under FAR 13.105(b) for conference services and facility space for the Army National Guard Bureau's (ARNG's) annual Modernization Equipping Requirements Conference (MERC). This solicitation is 100% set-aside to small businesses. The ARNG is seeking a Contractor to provide a high-quality venue for a secure and professional meeting space in support of the MERC, which is occuring in May 2024.
