Any interested party that believes they can meet our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement along with final pricing per the attached solicitation. This will be an unrestricted procurement under NAICS Code 532490 and a period of performance of 15-18 April 2024. 15 April 2024 will be utilized for set-up and the conference will be held on 16-18 April 2024. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. Offers will not be accepted from any third-party agencies. All responsible and responsive offers received before the closing date and time will be considered. **Background:** The Government requires audio-visual services in the large ballroom of the conference facility to display the speaker's information and provide ample sound for the conference. These services are necessary to ensure all those participating receive the information from any point in the large ballroom. During this offsite event, the attached requirements show the AV equipment the Government has identified a requirement to ensure this conference succeeds.
